Indiana Rules of Criminal Procedure

Rule 2.2. Presence of Prosecutor

Effective January 1, 2024

The prosecuting attorney or a deputy prosecuting attorney must be present at all felony or misdemeanor proceedings, except for an initial hearing at which no evidence is presented.
