1. The general assembly finds that economic development is an important public purpose and that both the public and private sectors have a shared interest in fostering the economic \n Tue Dec 09 22:33:26 2025 Iowa Code 2026, Chapter 15 (234, 38) 5 ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY, §15.102\n\nvitality of the state. Therefore, it is the purpose of this subchapter to implement economic development policy in the state by means of a collaboration between government and the private sector.
