Notwithstanding sections 218.78 and 249A.11, any revenue received from the state mental health institute at Cherokee or the state mental health institute at Independence pursuant to 42 C.F.R. §438.6(e) may be retained and expended by the mental health institute. 2024 Acts, ch 1157, §49
