The department, the department of management, and the legislative services agency shall utilize a joint process to arrive at consensus projections for expenditures for the state child care assistance program under section 237A.13 and adoption subsidy and other assistance provided under section 600.17. 2008 Acts, ch 1187, §115; 2023 Acts, ch 19, §689
