Upon issuance of a certificate, notwithstanding any provision of law except statutory requirements relating to the protection of employees engaged in the construction of the\n\nTue Dec 09 22:08:18 2025 Iowa Code 2026, Chapter 476A (27, 0) §476A.8, ELECTRIC POWER GENERATION AND TRANSMISSION 4\n\nfacility, a regulatory agency, city or county shall not require any further approval, permit or license for the construction of the facility.
