22-4502. Procedure to obtain services for representation before appearance. The state board for indigents' defense services shall prescribe by rule and regulation the procedure to be followed by law enforcement officials in obtaining the services of counsel from the panel for indigents' defense services to represent indigent persons detained by such law enforcement officials prior to appearance before a court.
