1. Suggestions for amendment of these rules may be submitted directly to the Supreme Court for its consideration.

2. Unless otherwise directed ordered1 by the Supreme Court, all substantial amendments will be published in an official publication of the Kentucky Bar Association or mailed to the members of the Kentucky Bar Association at least 60 days before they become effective. Publication or mail may be accomplished electronically.
