As used in KRS 11.090 to 11.110, "agency" includes any department, program cabinet, institution, board, commission, office or agency of the state. History: Amended 1974 Ky. Acts ch. 74, Art. I, sec. 3. -- Created 1942 Ky. Acts ch. 208, sec. 1, effective October 1, 1942, to reduce the verbiage of this chapter.
