(1) The State Child Abuse and Neglect Prevention Board is created as an autonomous agency within the Office of the Attorney General.
(2) The state board may appoint an executive director of the state board to exercise the powers and carry out the duties of the state board. Effective:April 1, 2022 History: Amended 2022 Ky.
