recommended textbooks. (Effective until July 1, 2026) Publishers, upon the request of the superintendents of the county and independent school districts, shall furnish to the local boards of education the requested sample copies of their materials that were selected and placed on the state multiple list of recommended textbooks by the State Textbook Commission.
