The president of each postsecondary education institution shall make to his governing board written reports which shall contain a full account of receipts of money from all sources, amount, and purpose of disbursements thereof, and the condition of the university or college. The reports shall be made according to a schedule established by the board. Effective: May 30, 1997 History: Amended 1997 (1st Extra. Sess.) Ky.
