(1) The board shall take disciplinary actions against or impose sanctions on a licensee for failing to comply with any provision of KRS 198B.700 to 198B.738 or any administrative regulations promulgated to carry out KRS 198B.700 to 198B.738. (2) Pursuant to KRS 13B.120(7), the director of the Division of Real Property Boards within the Department of Professional Licensing shall hear and issue a final order regarding any decision of the board. An aggrieved party may appeal a final order of the director pursuant to KRS Chapter 13B within thirty (30) days after the issuance of the order to the Circuit Court of the county where the licensee has his or her principal place of business or where the license applicant resides.
