Dawson v. Hamilton, 314 S.W.2d 532 (Ky. Ct. App. 1958). “Any person who violates KRS 2.160 shall be fined not less than twenty-five dollars nor more than five hundred dollars, or imprisoned not less than ten days nor more than thirty days, or both.”
