KRS 250.371 to 250.451 shall be administered by the director of the Kentucky Agricultural Experiment Station hereinafter referred to as the "director." The term "director" when used in KRS 250.371 to 250.451 shall mean the director or his designee. Effective: July 13, 1984 History: Created 1984 Ky. Acts ch. 191, sec. 1, effective July 13, 1984.
