(1) The department shall appoint and assign plumbing inspectors to each county subject to the provisions of this chapter. (2) Each plumbing inspector shall have at least eight (8) years experience as a journeyman or master plumber. At the time of his or her appointment he or she shall be licensed in accordance with the provisions of this chapter. Effective: July 15, 2010 History: Amended 2010 Ky.
