Ky. Rev. Stat. § 362.2-203 (2026)

A dissolved limited partnership that has completed winding up shall deliver to the Secretary of State for filing a statement of cancellation that states:

(1) The name of the limited partnership;

(2) The date of filing of its initial certificate of limited partnership; and

(3) Any other information as determined by the general partners filing the statement or by a person appointed pursuant to KRS 362.2-803(3) or (4). Effective: July 12, 2006 History: Created 2006 Ky. Acts ch. 149, sec. 107, effective July 12, 2006.
