(1) Any person who violates the provisions of subsection (2) of KRS 376.050 shall be guilty of a Class D felony. (2) Any person who violates any of the provisions of KRS 376.060 or 376.070 shall be guilty of a Class A misdemeanor. Effective: July 14, 1992 History: Amended 1992 Ky.
