A person may make a transfer by irrevocable gift to, or the irrevocable exercise of a power of appointment in favor of, a custodian for the benefit of a minor pursuant to KRS 385.092. Effective: July 15, 1986 History: Created 1986 Ky. Acts ch. 182, sec. 4, effective July 15, 1986.
