A judgment of divorce from bed and board may be annulled by the court which rendered it, at the instance of either party showing just cause therefor in an equitable action. Effective: July 1, 1953 History: Transferred 1952 Ky. Acts ch. 84, sec. 1, effective July 1, 1953, from C.C. sec. 427.
