A party has the right to be represented by an attorney at any proceeding or hearing under this chapter. A waiver thereof prior to the proceeding or hearing is ineffective. Effective: July 13, 1984 History: Created 1984 Ky. Acts ch. 278, sec. 6, effective July 13, 1984.
