(1) A wholesaler of nicotine vapor products shall only sell authorized nicotine vapor products to a retailer.
(2) Any wholesaler that violates this section shall be subject to a fine of:
(a) Five thousand dollars ($5,000) for a first citation issued for a violation of this section; and
(b) Fifteen thousand dollars ($15,000) for a second or subsequent citation issued for a violation of this section. Effective: March 24, 2025 History: Amended 2025 Ky. Acts ch. 78, sec. 10, effective March 24, 2025. -- Created 2024 Ky. Acts ch. 111, sec. 5, effective January 1, 2025.
