Not more than one (1) change of venue or application for a change of venue shall be allowed to any person or to the state in the same criminal or penal action. Effective: October 1, 1942 History: Recodified 1942 Ky. Acts ch. 208, sec. 1, effective October 1, 1942, from Ky. Stat. sec. 1118.
