A next friend or relator on a bond shall, upon failure in the action, be adjudged to pay the defendant his costs. If the plaintiff succeeds, the next friend or relator shall be adjudged his costs against the defendant. Effective: October 1, 1942 History: Recodified 1942 Ky.
