The secretary of the Finance and Administration Cabinet shall provide for the distribution of the cabinet's procurement activities and functions among the various bureaus within the cabinet. Effective: January 1, 1979 History: Created 1978 Ky. Acts ch. 110, sec. 9, effective January 1, 1979.
