The civil service commission shall examine all eligible applicants as to their physical and mental qualification for the particular classification wherein they seek employment. To be eligible for examination a person must satisfy the minimum standards established under KRS 67A.240. Effective: June 21, 1974 History: Created 1974 Ky.
