Md. Rule 13-103. Applicability of Other Rules

(a) Generally. Except to the extent of any inconsistency with the Rules in this Title, the other applicable Maryland Rules apply to proceedings under this Title. To the extent there is any inconsistency, the Rules in this Title prevail.

(b) Discovery. Except as otherwise provided in this Title, the Rules in Title 2, Chapter 400 apply to discovery in actions under this Title.
