JOINT WATER AND SEWAGE DISPOSAL SYSTEM

Act 235 of 1947

123.342 Disposal system provisions applicable.

Sec. 12.

Except as herein provided, all such systems shall be subject to the provisions of Act No. 94 of the Public Acts of 1933, as now or hereafter amended.
