290.426 Failure to pay assessment or file report; false information; penalty.

Sec. 6.

    A grower or shipper who fails to pay an assessment or file a report in accordance with this act, or falsifies an affidavit, record, receipt, voucher, or other information required to be maintained by this act, is guilty of a misdemeanor.
