477.2 Certificate of authority; application; determination by commission; issuance.

Sec. 2.

    The commission, upon the filing of an application by a motor carrier of household goods for a certificate of authority, shall ascertain and determine, under rules promulgated by the commission, whether to issue the certificate of authority.
