750.367c Theft of motor vehicle fuel.
Sec. 367c.
The secretary of state shall suspend the operator's or chauffeur's license of a person convicted of an offense or attempted offense under this chapter involving the theft of motor vehicle fuel that occurred by pumping the fuel into a motor vehicle, as provided in section 319 of the Michigan vehicle code, 1949 PA 300, MCL 257.319.
