THE CODE OF CRIMINAL PROCEDURE

777.14m Applicability of chapter to certain felonies; MCL 462.257(1) to 472.36.

Sec. 14m.

This chapter applies to the following felonies enumerated in chapters 460 to 473 of the Michigan Compiled Laws:
