NRS 125B.090 Manner of payment for judgment or order issued by court in
Nevada. A judgment or order of a
court of this State for the support of a child ordinarily must be for periodic
payments which may vary in amount. In the best interest of the child, a lump-sum
payment or the purchase of an annuity may be ordered in lieu of periodic
payments of support.
