NRS 199.320 Inducing lawsuit. Every
person who shall on his or her behalf bring or instigate, incite or encourage
another to bring, any false suit at law or in equity, in any court of this
State, with intent thereby to distress or harass a defendant therein, shall be
guilty of a misdemeanor.
