NRS 217.280 “Victim of sexual assault” defined. As
used in NRS 217.280 to 217.350, inclusive, “victim of sexual
assault” means a person who has been sexually assaulted as defined by NRS 200.366 or a person upon whom a sexual
assault has been attempted.
