NRS 248.060 Penalty for sheriff or jailer refusing to receive or arrest. If any sheriff or keeper of a jail shall
willfully refuse to receive or arrest any person charged with a criminal
offense, such sheriff or jailer is guilty of a gross misdemeanor.
