NRS 252.010 Qualifications. No
person shall be a candidate for or be eligible to the office of district
attorney unless the person is:
1. A bona fide resident of the State of Nevada.
2. Registered to vote in this State.
3. An attorney duly licensed and admitted to practice law in all the courts of this State.
