NRS 289.240  Certain employees of Division of Public and Behavioral Health of Department of Human Services.  Forensic technicians and correctional officers employed by the Division of Public and Behavioral Health of the Department of Human Services at facilities for offenders with mental disorders have the powers of peace officers when performing duties prescribed by the Administrator of the Division.
