NRS 293.204 Period for filing declaration of candidacy for special election. Except as otherwise provided in NRS 306.110, if a special election is held
pursuant to the provisions of this title, the Secretary of State shall
prescribe the period during which a candidate must file a declaration of
candidacy with the appropriate filing officer and pay the filing fee required
by NRS 293.193.
