NRS 338.012 Regulations of Labor Commissioner.
1. The Labor Commissioner may adopt such regulations as are necessary to enable the Labor Commissioner to carry out his or her duties pursuant to the provisions of this chapter.
2. Any regulation adopted by the Labor Commissioner pursuant to this chapter must be consistent with the declaration of legislative intent set forth in NRS 338.01155.
