NRS 35.030 Attorney General to begin action. The
Attorney General, when directed by the Governor, shall commence any such
action; and when, upon complaint or otherwise, the Attorney General has good
reason to believe that any case specified in NRS
35.020 can be established by proof, the Attorney General shall commence an
action.
