NRS 609.440 “Minor” defined. “Minor”
means a person who:
1. Is less than 18 years of age;
2. Has not been declared emancipated pursuant to NRS 129.080 to 129.140, inclusive; and
3. Resides in this state, or will be rendering services in this state pursuant to a contract.
