NRS 686A.060 Replacement of life insurance: Statements required to be given
to policyholder. In addition to
other powers of the Commissioner in respect thereto, the Commissioner may by
regulation require persons who replace or offer or propose to replace existing
life insurance with other life insurance, to leave with the policyholder
written, signed and dated statements which fully and accurately compare the
terms, conditions and benefits of the existing policy with the proposed policy.
