NRS 710.300 Title vested in county or city subject to provisions of
agreement. Subject to the
provisions of any agreement entered into pursuant to the Interlocal Cooperation
Act, the title to any railway line or lines constructed or acquired by or under
the authority of the governing body of any county or city, as provided in NRS 710.290 to 710.390, inclusive, is vested in that
county or city and the railway line or lines are under its control and
management.
