NRS 80.040 Required records in foreign language must be accompanied by
English translations. If the
papers required by NRS 80.010 and 80.030 to be filed in this State are of
record in a language other than English in the place of creation of the
corporation, the certified papers in that language shall be accompanied by a
verified translation into the English language.
