N.Y. Arts and Cultural Affairs Law § 23.21 (2026)

§ 23.21. Violations and penalties. Any person, partnership,
corporation, company, trust or association willfully violating any of
the provisions of this article or any rule or regulation issued
thereunder shall be guilty of a misdemeanor punishable by a fine of not
more than five hundred dollars, or imprisonment for not more than one
year, or both.
