§ 49-ff. Minimum exposure required. No employee or his dependents,
shall, in the absence of substantial evidence to the contrary, be
entitled to an award for occupational loss of hearing unless the
employee shall have been employed in an employment in which he was
exposed to harmful noise for a period of at least ninety days in this
state.
