Sections 142A, 142A-1 and 142B of this title and Sections 4 through 11 of this act shall be known and may be cited as the "Oklahoma Victim's Rights Act". Added by Laws 1993, c. 325, § 3, emerg. eff. June 7, 1993. Amended by Laws 1997, c. 357, § 1, emerg. eff. June 9, 1997; Laws 2010, c. 135, § 2, eff. Nov. 1, 2010.
