100.125 Annexation of additional property; requirements. Subject to ORS 100.120 (5), if the declaration complies with ORS 100.105 (2), until the termination date, additional property may be annexed to the condominium by the recording of a supplemental declaration and supplemental plat in accordance with ORS 100.115.
