      350.520 Public University Fund subaccount for professional forestry education; allocations. Oregon State University may establish in the Public University Fund established under ORS 352.450 a subaccount dedicated to funding investments in professional forestry education. A subaccount created as provided in this section shall consist of any moneys from harvest taxes, appropriations, gifts, grants or donations made available to the university for the specific purpose of making investments in professional forestry education under this section. The university shall make any allocations of moneys from the subaccount to investments in professional forestry education in accordance with the criteria and measurements established by the Forestry Education Council under ORS 350.515.
