419C.139 Speedy hearing on detention cases. No youth shall be held in detention or shelter care more than 36 hours, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and judicial holidays, except on order of the court made pursuant to a hearing under ORS 419C.109 (3), 419C.145, 419C.150, 419C.153, 419C.156 and 419C.159.
